This app is terrible. 3 times it sent the order to the wrong store after I specifically changed the address on where I wanted delivery from or to pickup. Then they make it impossible to cancel the order in time before you get charged. If you want cookies, buy them in the store because this app is a scam.

I have made sure to confirm my address multiple times in this app, set it as my home address, even confirm the pin location lines up correctly, but after I hit submit the app changes my address. For example, if my unit is 8, after hitting checkout, I reconfirm the address is for unit 8, but when I hit submit, it changes the unit to 1 or 5 or something. I have to call the store now to notify them the address is not correct, and it sounds like I'm the idiot that can't enter their own address right

It changes my address after putting my order in to a complete different street, postcode and number. So now won't get the free cookie 1st time order promotion. Not only that the contact us doesn't work, and it changed the fact it wanted it handed to me to leave it at the door! So out £27 till my refund comes in. Don't use their app

Cookies are good but will leave your cookies in 90 degree heat, no knocking, ringing doorbell and then specific direction state hand to recipient. This business isn't doing It's job really sucks getting a box full of melted goo, don't use this business unless you want melted sugar in a box, nice gift. Will never use this app or business again suggest you read this and let the app, find a better business.
