Instacart: Get Food Delivery

★★★★★ I love Instacart! I love the deliverers and how they communicate when things are out of stock and allow me to make substitutions.

★★★★★ So far so good. First order didn't allow me to decide substitutions, but they have improved. I would like to be able to set my delivery instructions on the app

★★★★★ It's really nice to have someone do my shopping for me, and it helps to keep those extra items from jumping in my cart, but they don't list some of the items that I know are in the store, and sometimes they can't seem to find the items I'm ordering even though I know they always have them in stock.

★★☆☆☆ I'm extremely disappointed with Instacart. As someone who travels for work, I rely on services like this to shop while on the road. Instead, they locked my account just for changing locations exactly what traveling customers do! Now, they want pictures of my debit card and driver's license to unlock it, and it could take up to a week. This is absurd for a service that’s supposed to be convenient. I’ll be switching to alternatives that actually support customers on the go.

★★☆☆☆ I borrowed $100 for groceries, and they took it and never gave me groceries. I can no longer chat with customer service because they were unable to answer if there was actually a shopper in my are that was able to pick up my order, so they just simply left the chat. I'll get a refund through my bank, but unfortunately it'll be a solid 10 days before I see it. I'm uninstalling this app right now. DON'T DO IT!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Waste of time and money. The new option for fast delivery is pointless. Placed an order at 2pm and by 9pm it was telling me the delivery would be made around 11. Why in the hell am I paying extra for nothing
