It has always been a great experience with Instacart, I've been using it for 3 years. Handlers are always communicating with me, ever I need a replacement or refund. Quick delivery and usually on time.

Total garbage! Ordered groceries over 3 hours ago and was just informed they only got me sardines and olives and refunded everything else because the store closed. So now I am stuck getting take out and wasted the service fee for items that are useless without everything else. This happens way too often with this app. Never seem to get the things I need and have to go to the store anyway unless its closed like tonight. Cancling my subscription. This does not happen with uber groceries. I'm done!

Too many fees. Does not allow grocer discount card. Shoppers mostly suck. Also, just find out that shoppers can go to whatever store they feel like going to! I requested a special order from my neighborhood store only to find out the shopper never went to my store! I never got my order. Even AFTER I called customer service! I hate Instacart. --- Here we are again. Silly me thought to update without remembering Instacart updates SUCK!!! Every single item that I usually order is "out of stock!"

Cannot confirm an order plus it says Walmart does not deliver to my house and that they are busy.
