It's honestly a great tool for those lazy days when you would rather die than go to the store this is a perfect app because you can order the stuff it usually takes like an hour or so to get to your house the only downside is the insane fees it'll take an order that would regularly be $50 and take it to $80 after taxes fees handing and that's not including a tip, so it's definitely pricey, but it's worth it!

Very happy in general with the app. However, they say we can get food ordered now from restaurants and fast food stores which are located in the same area as the grocery stores but when you go to check out it says "restaurant to far away", even though it's right next to the stores that are not too far away. Would give 5 stars if all were available.

A little on the expensive side, but service of the Instacart shoppers is very good, only had 1 who was not very good about shopping and communicating with me. . I'm on a fixed income, and they have these extra fees I wasn't aware of when I joined, but by and large I'm pleased with their shoppers, there website is somewhat challenging using my phone...but wood recommended trying them out... Worst shoppers ever. Food outdated or fresh fruit rotten. Refund never given back nor discount. That's all the time. I order groceries 3 times a week because of errors. I can't wait for the contract to be over. Worst service ever.

Customer service is awful. You just talk to bots who just copy and paste responses that have nothing to do with the issue. My ebt wasn't popping up during checkout. It was listed as a payment option. I was using it with a store that accepts ebt. Only picked ebt eligible items. But when I went to check out the ebt card would not show up. I tried talking to support, and I was treated like I was stupid. Are you buying food? Does the place accept ebt. Does the app need an update. It's on your end!

Never again make sure u check the hidden fee that isn't a flat rate I paid $25 for my hidden fee and wasn't reimbursed, and my grocery store is less than a half a mile away usually I walk to get my groceries that day I was not feeling good, so I thought I'd use my free delivery coupon and had no idea that they would charge me a hidden fee onto of what I paid to the shopper so that day not only costed me what I paid in groceries but every single penny I had in my PayPal, your welcome Instacart !
