Update does not work, you have updated this app and now requires me to update firmware on my printer, the app sends it but does nothing after this... £120 down the drain only had it a few years

Can't get it to pair with note 20 ultra....it paired once after a half hour of trying....then said it needed to do a firmware update....after the update...didn't pair again. I will keep trying but might end up returning the printer and getting a refund. Don't know what else to try. Disappointing.

This app was working really well. I loved the fact that I could print my own 6x4 at home. Getting paper and cartridges was difficult, but a friend got me some from the US. All was good until a few weeks ago, and I had to upgrade software and device was to automatically restart. It did nothing. Kept flashing red light. I unpaired Bluetooth and reconnected. Nothing. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled, nothing. Prognosis! Company has sold to Kodak, as they now sell the same printers that work!
