★★☆☆☆ This app is a rip off! The connection was terrible, and the doctor literally hung up on me, so I had a 2 min co sukt for $45. I will be challenging this charge with my credit card company as services were NOT rendered

★★☆☆☆ Morning please be aware they get your photo. They get your Medicare card. They get your date of birth. They get your home address, the emails, everything about you, and then you have to download the app to get it to work. And then when you finally get to the bit where you book the consult it says you don't qualify for Medicare. So why do they need your Medicare card? The only people that can qualify for Medicare are children under 12 months old. So it's a scam. It's going to cost you $45 or $55

★★☆☆☆ Waited 20 mins to get a guy to tell me that telehealth isn't really suited to my inquiry and I should see a real doctor. Still charged me $45 for the 2 mins. Maybe some more FAQs might help us assess if you will be able to do anything or not. My guess is my inquiry may have taken some time but not been worth the discounted fee structure they have
