Recently my PayPal was hacked and used on this website/app. I've contacted them about a refund, but they keep saying "the code was redeemed, and due to our rules we cannot refund you". And every time I try to make an "item not received case" (because PayPal keeps saying the purchase was not unauthorized) they keep giving some false proof that I received the item, so I can't get a refund through PayPal or this app. The company is greedy, and most likely working with the hackers.

I've been using this platform for some years now. And I've been noticing that some games cost more with the "discount" from Instant Gaming than buying it directly through Steam even with the game at full price. So now they add a "discount" label on a game but that discount can be 100% false just to ripoff extra cash from this user that don't do double-check. Users please ALWAYS DO double-check on the prices and discount!!!

DON'T BUY FROM THEM! They provided me a duplicate key, even had to go through the steam support, confirming to me that the key was used before I purchased it. Support didn't help me nor provide me a working replacement key
