How-to: Touch and hold the current lock screen widget and expand it to full size. Then touch and hold the lock screen widget a second time, move it to the trash. Then a big 'plus' icon should appear, allowing you to add this widget.
Troubleshooting - On Android 4.3 and up, make sure 'Multiple widgets' is checked under 'Lock screen' in settings

Great for the HTC One M8 which is lacking owner info This little app/widget is exactly what I was looking for my HTC One M8. All of my previous phones had a built-in spot to define my "Owner" info on the lock screen, but inexplicably, my HTC One M8 didn't. I appreciate that it requires no special permissions and simply gets the job done. My only gripe is that I could not get it to be the primary lock screen widget on my phone - one would have to swipe to the right to see the widget. Still, it's better than nothing in the event that I lose my phone. Hopefully it'll keep honest people honest! Thanks!

Doesn't work I filled all those columns for my name no. and all that and tapped on that ok button given over there. There was no change on my lock screen. Really disappointed.
