Starting my first shift tomorrow and the whole process is super easy. It's a convenient app and brings jobs in a not so traditional manner. It's an innovative way to introduce jobs to the younger generations with great flexibility.

"We need 2 references from people you've worked with in the past...we unfortunately can't start reviewing your profile until your references complete a short form!"... You don't consider the fact that some people worked for the state as a caregiver for elderly and those people aren't around anymore due to old age .the state isn't going to give a reference. This is a ridiculous requirement! I recommend people use this app to see available jobs and then GO APPLY DIRECTLY

Awful app. Cannot access my account. They should offer different options to get into your account instead of just the text code.

Awful. I set my zip code. It said the service wasn't yet available for my zip code. So I thought I'd be able to change my zip to the nearest major city that's a very easy commute. Nope. No option to change my zip code. I clicked on help/support, went to the option about changing my zip code, and it just brought me to the section to add my home address (not my zip code). I shouldn't have to enter information as personal as my actual home address just to browse my zip code of choice. Ridiculous.

All I got to say is...my account was suspended because I had something come up, and I appealed it and was rejected. I made top pro status with a week of having this app and I already have a full time job. This whole "suspension if you cancel" is bs especially since companies don't get suspended when they drop your shift! Not only that but there are usually paid back-ups. So this "punishment" seems a little extreme.
