Night and day compared to the absolute $H! T app they have had all this time. It "feels" like it's made with web-pages though, not a native app -- I could be wrong. But still, much nicer, cleaner more modern UI/UX. I only have 2 plugs, so I can't complain about lack of support for other devices. I would have ditched Inst eon long ago honestly, but those plugs are the only ones I have found that will DIM a light (most other smart plugs are on/off only). Glad to see this product/company aren't dead as I thought given the stagnant app. Oh, I will also add they were extremely helpful long ago when my hub died. I sent it to them, and they fixed it free (long after warranty expired). I think they even paid for shipping both ways IIRC.

I have been an Inst eon device user for probably 10 years now. The new regime seems far and away improved over the old. The current app is a breeze and more stable compared to the old, and I am so glad devices are available to purchase again as well. Personally, I feel this is the best product line on the market by far!

This app really dumbs down the inst eon devices. There is no options for keypads or micro switches that have more configuration than just on/off. I am still using old app to set up devices.

No longer controls thermostat? All the improvements to the rest of the app are useless if I can't control my Inst eon thermostat with the Inst eon app

Buggy. I tried making a scene with a 2-wire dimmer. The scene would not control the light. I created the same scene with the Inst eon for Hub app and it worked. Limited functionality compared to their other app. Not recommended

I like the new interface, but does not show the proper status of devices!!! Hope there is a patch to correct this problem soon!!!! Will continue to use the Inst eon for Hub app for now!!!!
