This app makes it very easy. There are many preset questions and things to test. Also, at the end it gives you the ability to add an after photo and send the customer a PDF of the intake form. Here is an example of some of the questions:

This app is absolutely amazing. It has made getting through the paperwork so much more convenient for my customers. My customers also love the fact that I'm so what they say hi tech so being able to email the contract to them, they also like that way they don't lose it they're able to store it away on their computers and access it whenever they need to. And by the way just saying not having to keep up with a bunch of paper contracts for customers when I have to look them up again is great as well.

I am a mobile tech love the idea, but I am not able to save or print PDF or excell receipts which is the main reason I need the not sure if it's a setting or what is going, but I'm getting a little frustrated.
