Technically does work, but there is ZERO communication for when the taxi arrives and if you book in advance, there is no confirmation but if you call they can confirm it. You will also have to call about 3 times for them to answer; when they do, they are helpful and can even give a price quote, but they otherwise don't answer. TL;DR: Works but horrid communication

Tourists beware!!!! This app is borderline racist. I've heard from many locals here in Verona, Italy that cabs won't accept any request via In Taxi unless you give an Italian number. I think it's about time that Uber and Free now is accepted in Verona as this is app is basically a scam for your data!
