Decide every day at what time you want to start fasting. Start immediately, select an earlier time, or schedule your fast to begin later that day.

You can set a daily reminder to help you remember to start your fast. The reminder can remain active every day, while you stay free to choose a different fasting starting time whenever your work, meals, or plans change.

CLEAR FASTING COUNTDOWN
See the exact time remaining in hours, minutes, and seconds. Intermitter also displays when your fast will end, so you never need to calculate fasting times manually.

REMINDERS AND NOTIFICATIONS
Intermitter can notify you about important moments in your fasting routine, including:
