Not too easy to find a reliable light and very simple app that will just tell you if there is really internet or not (phones read routers that show there is full internet when in fact there is none!) I highly recommend this app!

Why access to local files? You can save whatever preferences in internal storage, no need to access external storage

Doesn't Work - App normally doesn't detect loss of internet connection on Note 8. Removing it from phone after two weeks of testing on intermittent internet connection.
