The app is not working anymore, when I scan the pages it doesn't recognize them, and I can't pick the pages manually. I received several error messages. I paid €80 for the books, and I don't have access to the audios...

My husband and I both downloaded the app and uninstalled it and re-installed it multiple times on our Samsung Galaxy s9 cell phones, but we were both unable to scan my text books... all the permissions are on for the app as well, and We also turned off our phones to rebut them but nothing works. Also, we noticed that it had not been updated since last year.
