CASUAL MODE: warm up, work, rest, rounds and cool down, set with big steppers you can hit with sweaty hands.
PRO MODE: any sequence of work and rest blocks, in any order, repeated for as many sets as you want. Circuits, ladders, EMOMs, complexes.
While you train, a huge colour-coded ring counts the interval down: lime for work, teal for rest. Countdown beeps, spoken cues ("Go, round three", "Rest", "Halfway"), optional vibration, and the screen stays awake so you never have to touch the phone mid-burpee. Pause, skip or end at any point.
Every workout you finish lands in your history.
