I just tested this interferometer app with my Sony ZVE10 and I can report that it works. Make sure to turn LENR (Long Exposure Noise Reduction) in the settings menu to off or the processing will take very long. Set everything to manual, turn your shutter speed dial to the left until you reach bulb mode. With LENR off I set the delay in-between shots at about 6–8 seconds just to give the camera a chance to save the previous shot. I have tried 1 minute exposure with 6-second delay and 10 shots.

Didn't work to override the 30 min recording time limit, so I just used it as a remote. However, it's difficult to tell in the app whether the camera is recording or not. I actually missed getting footage I needed at an event because of this :(
