When the phone is not connected to the Internet, and you try to log it into the application, instead of showing that the phone is not connected, it shows that the pin is wrong.

Balance isn't updated instantly after selling/buying currency or making any type of transfer. I have to close and reopen the app, which is ridiculous.

I have never rated an app 1-star, but, sadly it deserves it. Here's samples: virtually impossible to swipe left-to-right on EUR to see USD account. Default set to English, but you have to select it again before logging-in. The most important drop-down menu items are not in English, resulting in grave and costly mistakes. Thumbprint recognition missing, poor security. There's dozens more shortcomings, but you get the idea. The biggest bank in Serbia and they can't write a decent $5M app.

I have been calling bank for a month since there was no possibility to exchange the money through app, finally they told me they received a notice there is 'a bug' and that we cannot use app for that. Very poor and disappointing customer support told me to wait for next update in order to use my money. I do not recommend to anybody.
