★★★★★ Fix an ability to log in with fingerprints. For some reason that option doesn't work anymore but used to. If I want to set up my fingerprints now, when I want to apply changes is settings I receive "internal error" message and I can't do anything about it
★★★★★ Extremely satisfied with Intesa Sanpaolo Mobile Bank as it has proven time and again that it is reliable, trustworthy, and functional, while Intesa Sanpaolo Bank's technical support team has been always extremely friendly and helpful if at some point any issue arrived.
★★★★★ The app has improved tremendously since its first release. However, I am still missing the option of being able to see your reserved transactions (which is pretty much every transaction made with a card).
★★☆☆☆ App works but it's not user-friendly. UX is terrible and there were no improvements in years. There are no notifications when something goes wrong, failed monthly payments for example. Critical info is mostly hidden. Visibility into what is going on is nonexistent. Just another generic and bad banking app that anybody in the bank cares about.
★★☆☆☆ With pay/flik is not working. Also, when trying to use it, app crahes and uses much of the phone cpu/ram. I now have to somehow Isabel with pay option.
★★☆☆☆ Fix your fingerprint recognition!!! The previous version of the app worked just fine, the new one refused my fingerprint pretty soon tho and removed the access to the app from my phone. Actually infuriating!
★★☆☆☆ It's complicated by trying to be simple when it works. But then comes the time when it just won't work no matter reinstall/reset/whatever and good luck if you need to use banking solutions when this time comes... because nope. Terribe app architecture that was terribly implemented. We had working banking apps 10 years ago, now this...
