I would like to give zero rating for this agency. Because this agency is so bad. Before taking membership they promising Romany services and agreements .they don't obey the rules and regulation. The service agents are also very bad customer service., I want to complain against this agency .by getting the worst experience. If anyone seen my message don't agree with fraud agencies.

Very disappointing experience with Intimate Matrimony. I purchased their plan, and my mother was asked to sign a white paper regarding an additional ₹20,000 payment if the marriage was fixed. My marriage was later fixed, and the same profile was also available on Kerala Matrimony. I paid ₹15,000, but they kept repeatedly calling for the remaining ₹5,000. Their staff communication was also unpleasant, and staff visited my home regarding the payment. My advice: Please read everything carefully and

Very poor service they will keep calling until we purchase assisted service which I purchased after that no calls no response from CRM I lost my money fraud matrimony don't register in this one
