It's a good service, but doesn't seem to update often enough. However, I haven't traveled with it, so holding off. I'm not sure it's "real time" enough, but I think that's because it doesn't update unless it's moved.

Was talked into putting this on my new motorcycle when I purchased it from the dealership. The bike was for my daughter, so I thought great idea I could keep track on her and make sure she was safe. Issue is in her motorcycle this unit is a junk. If she does not ride her bike for 3 days it drains her battery and leaves her stranded. Luckily the GPS works great, so I am able to track her down to jump start the bike. Contacted dealership about product and was brushed off saying not their issue.

Before like a year ago it used to work better than it does now, you'll check, and it shows u the GPS of hours ago. What if something happens to ur car and u get the GPS from hours ago and u go thinking it's their but by that time it's somewhere and so on. Stupid, should have not renewed this and gotten something else. Saving u guys, don't get this. PS: Just checked right now just to verify that it's still messing up, and it says location from 2 days ago. I am so screwed. 🤦♀️

Have had this for years, and it is maybe 50% accurate the entire time, sometimes my vehicle it is even going places and never registers it even changed locations. It is extremely frustrating. Even currently it says it is a mile from its real location for weeks it has been wrong. Need a way to update or fix this issue. Will NOT pay for this GPS system again or recommend. A Tile tracker or Apple Air Tag works way better for accuracy and timing.
