Inventory Management | Fixeets

Manage your stock and inventory from your phone. Scan a barcode, record what comes in and goes out, count your stock. Everything is kept in your own Google Sheets file, shared with your team.

Fixeets Inventory is an inventory management app for shops, warehouses, workshops and small businesses. It replaces the paper stock book and the messy spreadsheet with a simple app, while your data stays in Google Sheets.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with your Google account.
2. Add your items, or import your existing list.
3. Scan a barcode to record stock in or stock out.
4. Get an alert when an item is running low.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Record stock in, stock out and returns in a few taps
- Scan barcodes and QR codes with your phone camera
- Print barcode labels for your items
- Get low stock alerts, by email too, before you run out
- Set a minimum stock level for each item and see what to reorder
- Count your stock (stock take) and fix the gaps
- Manage several warehouses, shops and locations, and transfer stock between them
- Track lot numbers, serial numbers and expiry dates
- Keep a list of suppliers and prepare purchase orders as PDF
- Build kits from several items
- Reserve stock for a customer or a job
- See the full history of every stock movement
- Follow your stock value and your ins and outs with simple analyses
- Add a photo to each item
- Invite your team and give each person their own rights

BARCODE SCANNER AND STOCK CONTROL

The built-in barcode scanner finds an item in a second. Use it at reception, at the counter or in the warehouse to keep stock control up to date without typing. Your stock levels are always right, for every item and every location.

WHY GOOGLE SHEETS

Your stock lives in a Google Sheets file that you own. Open it on your computer too, share it, export it whenever you want. No new software to learn, and no data locked away.

WHO IT IS FOR

Shops, warehouses, workshops, restaurants, contractors, schools, associations and small businesses: anyone who needs to know what is left in stock. A simple stock tracker for one person, a complete warehouse management tool for a team.

Free to start. A subscription is available in the app for more features. Available in 12 languages.
