Just bought lights for Bluetooth functionality and does not work? ????????

App keeps crashing just after launching it. We have tried on 2 different phones (Samsung, Huawei). The same result. App SRAM config did not find any SRAM device. It seems that this is really not working. Very disappointed as the SRAM lights are already installed. Please fix it 🙏!
