I’m having a difficult experience with In Video AI. I purchased a one-month subscription to test it out, but I haven’t been able to create a single usable video from my scripts, and all of my credits were used up in the process. It’s also very hard to reach customer service for help. Every script I entered failed to generate a proper video. I'm glad that I didn’t commit to a full year, and I would like a refund for my subscription, or someone needs to reach out to me and figure out the issue.
