This is much improved yet again. (3rd version to my knowledge) It connected first time to an old machine that I was pleased is still supported, the app guided me through the process. I had feed back on complete, so I knew to wait. Don't rush it. It does work eventually. I'd also recommend reading the PDF instructions on the inmate website. We'll do inmate a great app.

The first 3 days were fine. The app was crashing when my phone was in landscape mode and an error message appeared about not recognizing the user. But it kept going after that. I could use it. Now, I can't either sign in or request new password, because of error message 8192 - The current network is not very good [...]. I have tried several networks, including my mobile. Same error. Update: it worked finally. It's okay now and for the last year.

To me works perfect with an Inventor ac. I would give five stars if there was a Google Home integration.

I got a dehumidifier that might be a little old, but it should still be supported, Inventor EVA II PRO Wi-Fi. Works fine as it is, but I wanted to try out "smart" functions. I was not able to add it in the app. Device configuration failed every time, no matter what I did with my home wlan, for compatibility, changed b/g/n modes for 2.4GHz, set the 5Ghz on a separate wlan name, changed encryption settings to also accept old WPA. No go. So, have to put 1 star as this is not usable for me.

Unacceptable app. I cannot even control the ACs. It used to work in the past but even then many of the ACs where shown as offline, the app is very slow, and please add it to Google home or Alexa.

Uaed to work well, now keeps repeating error code 8192 every time I try to connect via mobile data. App works only on home Wi-Fi for the last month :/
