For several months it was working smoothly. Now, suddenly, stopped detecting the 2 AC units I have. Could that be because of the recent update?... At the moment 1 star because it simply doesn't work at all. I will try to reinstall. Edit: ok, after reinstallation, works again... So 5 stars from me!..

The first 3 days were fine. The app was crashing when my phone was in landscape mode and an error message appeared about not recognizing the user. But it kept going after that. I could use it. Now, I can't either sign in or request new password, because of error message 8192 - The current network is not very good [...]. I have tried several networks, including my mobile. Same error. Update: it worked finally. It's okay now and for the last year.

This is much improved yet again. (3rd version to my knowledge) It connected first time to an old machine that I was pleased is still supported, the app guided me through the process. I had feed back on complete, so I knew to wait. Don't rush it. It does work eventually. I'd also recommend reading the PDF instructions on the inmate website. We'll do inmate a great app.

Avoid. Midea air App works with our dehumidifier and is much better. Supports also Google home.

Nice UI for a remote. The app decently provides controls/info, that's all. Keeps disconnecting, you never know when/if you will connect to your devices, if the info shown is current, if commands will be sent to the device, etc. In 2023, we miss smart functionality (automated operation, scenarios based on weather/home conditions/location). I could never manage to integrate (or pair from scratch) my AR5VIs to Inventor Control, no Google Home integration either (obviously).
