(Four point five stars). In 2021, I've used this app on two different phones: one very cheap; one less so. It has functioned perfectly on each. There's room for minor tweaks/improvements, hence not awarding a perfect score, but the freehand spaces provide scope for some user customization if you're prepared to experiment. For example, you can put email information in the general address fields and provide any bespoke explanatory information in the description &/or the customer message fields.
