Been trying to generate an invoice for almost an hour so decided to just upgrade to pro..... giving me problems with that. So if I'm already having this many problems I'll find another one

Caution this is not a USA company but from Romania. Not Rhode Island! I still can not sync to cloud as far as I could tell, so it is worthless to me. I needed it on my phone and tablet. Every bar code I scanned came back as not in list. Strike two. Preloaded items services are a joke. Strike three your out. I have the full version, and first I had high hopes this would work for me. Now I am out $46 and do not think I can not get a refund.

This app is horrible. It has no place to chat with help desk, and it has preprinted words on the invoices that you can't remove. So disappointing.
