Invygo made my relocation to Dubai so much easier. I didn’t want to waste time with long paperwork or big deposits. I picked a car from the app, and it showed up exactly when promised. The flexibility of monthly plans really suited my unpredictable schedule.

Terrible experience, cheating after you return car, after 1 month they are asking to pay for petrol and car cleaning, although it was cleaned before returning and petrol was more than what I had when I return the car. Avoid this company, it seems cheap at the start but at the end you pay more, and there is no customer service reply at all!

Due to recurring technical issues with my Invygo rental vehicle, I exchanged it for a replacement after one month, as recommended by Invygo. Ten days after receiving the replacement, I returned it because I bought a new car, but Invygo has not refunded the unused portion of my rental fee. They explain that refunds are only processed after the second month of rental, despite the exchange being considered a new rental month. That wasn't my mistake. For me a very bad experience worst experience.

Very bad experience with this car rental app. I rented a car from them for two months. During the second month, I increased the number of kilometers and paid the extra amount in advance. Later, they sent me a message saying I still had extra kilometers and needed to pay again, which doesn't make sense. Also, they deduct rental fees and traffic fines with extra hidden charges without explaining or breaking down the costs. No transparency at all. Not recommended, Be careful if you use this app
