My family has always had accounts here since the 1920s when it was (NSB) Naugatuck Savings Bank. Never have had 1 Bad word to say and always about the customer Not the profits & it shows. I would have given it a better score if it wasn't constantly crashing every time I try to log in. Whenever I open it it will stay on screen for a few seconds, and then it will self minimize and close out on its own. This has been going on for over a month now, and I had to make a shortcut to the login page on my Home screen instead. This bug should've been fixed by now. If you're a bank, and you make an app for it, keep your customers updated on it, there's no word from anyone about it anywhere.

Fingerprint option no longer works. Password isn't remembered. Makes it inconvenient to use when on the go. This isn't my primary account but, I'll most likely be switching to another bank with a better app
