★★☆☆☆ I just opened an account in this bank. No one accepts cash in national currency! The ATM doesn't work! My suggestion: each teller must accept national currency for the deposit! Why do the foreign banks do, but you don't?!!! Worst ever service!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Please work on your employees service, you have a good product, but with your employees' service, I will give zero. Online Chat to help us to settle the issue, I submitted an issue more than a month ago, and they told me they would check and get back to me. HENCE, I think their timeline works differently than ours. Even though you have the best product, if your service lacks a professional approach, it always pulls you back. So please work on your HR.
