Don't know why need to allowed mic to on all the time. Recording on even when i didn't make calls. If I disallow the mic, I can't open these apps. I need to on the mic to use this app. But when i on the mic, every sounds on my phone such as ringing tones, YouTube, ever things becomes very low.

Asks for too many permissions. Won't allow you any use, if you select no on any of them. E.g. Why does this app need 24/7 GPS location?? My experience of 3cx app was better. Not great. But better. Just avoid this one

Frequently locks up. Hopeless when not on Wi-Fi. Call systems often won't accept button press to select a line. Won't let me transfer calls.
