I've tried to send my case after filling in all requirement in the form but unable to send them as location character exceeding 100 character. Tells me I have the wrong email and password then when I try to reset with the password I was sure I had set originally, it tells me cannot reset because that was the original password. What nonsense is this?

Utterly USELESS app. Even after submitting a case. There isn't any follow up from the council side nor even from app developers side to follow up. Someone has to be accountable. Even if the council is not taking action, the app developers end should take the initiative. If not it defeats the purpose of having this REDUNDANT APP. Might as well go straight to the council. Will at least get some feedback. What a waste to create when cannot support their users.
