Absolute worst app ever! Takes centuries to load up just to make a payment. I have to sign in both on the Internet and on the App just to wait on which one loads first, ridiculous.

This app has no way to set an automatic payment from my account, so every month I get an email threatening to cancel my insurance and I get a late fee when I pay past due. It has been almost a year and this app has shown absolutely no improvement no way to set automatic payments not even a way to set any notification that your password is going to be due soon! This app is a joke.

I've only been with this company a couple of months and I hate the thought that I have to be with them for a year, last month I was charged 40+ dollars in late fees after I received confirmation my payment went through, this month I paid one week ahead of time got confirmation my payment was accepted, so it doesn't happen again, it's due today, and today I have a past due notice with a fee,
