The service is great. On occasion, the envelope and contents scans are not legible making it difficult to determine what the piece of mail is. I've only needed to have mail forwarded a few times - this worked without issue. Would have given five stars, but the app is frustratingly slow when loading and navigating options.

Overall I've been pretty happy with ipostal1. Over the years. I work as an ironworker welder and work all over the country, so I'm never home. There a lot better than the last place I used. Mailbox center in Spokane Valley Washington.

For anyone that is that affected by porch piracy, this app or this is a very inexpensive way to protect what you have coming to your property and not have to worry about getting stoned from porch pirates.

This is a great way for LLC address but not so much for the service they offer. I paid for a year up front. They changed my address twice at the end of the year when I was expecting mail from the IRS and the Comptroller. Where is my mail? Who knows. I never received it. When I did get mail, I schedule a pickup and the person never showes. My experience has not been great. Better off sticking with the UPS store. They are always open and im not waiting or have to schedule to pick up my mail.

They put mail that does not belong to you into your inbox and charge you extra for it. When you try to contact them, they keep sending you in circles. Buyer beware!
