I almost didn't purchase this service because of all the bad reviews here, but I'm glad I ignored them and still went through with it. They got my Mailbox setup quick. It only took me two days since the day I signed up to get my USPS documents verified. Today, I received the email where it mentioned I was approved for the USPS $25 form, and I was given my mailbox number too. I even submitted the wrong docs twice, but called support to correct that. No long wait either.

Latest update is crashing constantly. Using a Samsung S24, Android 16, one UI 8. Please fix - update: working much better now. Upgraded to 4 stars. Still having issues with the app not taking my CC when it's time to renew each month. I have to delete, then re-add CC info for the subscription charge to process. Odd.

AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS. They will gladly take your money and then refuse to process the forms they require of you, instead leaving them sit in limbo while you cont to pay the monthly fee. When you contact them, they give you every excuse they can think of to avoid doing their job, such as claiming the documents you submitted are blurry even though they were already accepted by their own online notary that they forced you to pay for and use. Then demanding forms that weren't required before

I had this mail service and I think it's fraud and abuse because I was to get a phone number from Tello and the only letter was put in storage for 30 days you can only complain the first 30. So after the storage my only letter was sent to me in berlin germany where I was informed by Tello that I would have to travel back to the USA 🇺🇸 to activate the sim card replacement. The mail room stated that I have a street address, but it was a fake street address that the Social Security Admin. Stop
