Going on nearly 6+ years with this service. In all that time, I've had maybe one or two hiccups with the PC app. Support responded and eventually updated the app to solve issues. The main reason I've continued to keep this VPN is that they have kept their word in keeping my pricing the SAME as the day I purchased it. Never changing it retroactively like MOST other companies will these days. As long as my price stays the same, I will more than likely keep this for a long time. Does what I need.

Don't subscribe with Google on the App. IP Vanish nor Google will help with any issue. I got the app and subscribed through the app store and couldn't log in after I paid my subscription. IP Vanish said it was a Google issue and I couldn't get a hold of anyone through Google to help with the issue.

Standard set up was easy, went to set up split tunneling following their directions and pictures to a T! On Amazon firetv. App "logged out due to inactivity"tried logging back in several times, even tried changing password, no luck. Then this morning my Newer fire stick that has app on blocked Amazon home screen from loading, and Ipvainsh app wasn't even connected. Only when I checked ipvainsh app did it log me out. I deleted Ipvainsh app then my Amazon home screen came back on. Rip off!

The worst VPN for fire stick. Withn 2 weeks and my devices no longer get the apks I already had. That's why they're the only one on amazon, besides those no name brands. Don't waste your money. They're getting a kickback from amazon.

I literally just subscribed to a one-month plan, and now I am stuck with logging in through the Google subscription, I can't create an account inside the app, I can't even connect to any location. I asked for my refund and Google is asking me to contact developers. I paid for nothing.
