I requested to cancel the subscription and refund, but they refuse as well. It looks more like a fraud. Use more professional service الإشتراك خصم من حسابي البنكي ٤ أضعاف مبلغ الإشتراك، و خدمة العملاء ترفض حل المشكلة أو رد المبلغ و إلغاء الاشتراك. انصح باستخدام خدمات أخري أكتر إحترافية
