★★☆☆☆ Nowhere to put activation code Downloaded and tried to register. Was emailed an activation code but there is no box to type it into so unable to use.

★★☆☆☆ Same problem as below... there isn't anywhere to enter the activation code and just keeps saying that it's an incorrect username/password. Well no it f'ing isn't, you've just sent me an email telling me that it it isn't. Don't bother downloading it, just go to the barber's themselves.

★★☆☆☆ Seriously flawed security. It is required for whatever reason that you sign up a user account to use this app. Unfortunately, passwords are evedently stored as plain text as the confirmation email read back my password to me. Luckily, I use uniquely generated codes for all my passwords but the fact the service is storing passwords at all is absolutely unacceptable. No one should use this. Highly unprofessional.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to contact, on several occasions with no joy, wont let me book in my local shop, tried to reset password,, wont let me,,,tried both my emails,,wont let me, what's going on??? I just hope the shops who purchased this App,,have more joy in support than the general public. Shocking shocking shocking GET A GRIP IQB
