Very frustrating app, I booked flight ticket two times, but there was no confirmation of ticket, no ticket was booked, No customer care is picking up my call, i dialed them 20 times, but there was no response, 56000 rupees deducted from my account, now IRCC is not responding, zero-star service from IRCC.

It is not user-friendly. Booking Dormitory or Retiring Room doesn't have smooth booking through this app.
