It's OK now! I knew this is a v.good and complete dictionary app Ru-He-Ru since I already purchased it some time ago for my iphone. But now, one problem I had here after bought it again and installing for android. Installing the same app and using it on another android phone had this problem when checking the license. Only now realizing that creation of this app was sponsored through fund "russian world" which openly supports russian aggression against Ukraine as well as propagates imperialistic tendencies of russia to spread their language and culture to other independent countries. I implore everyone not to buy this app
