IF DON'T WORK: Remove the space at the end of your email address, look at the cursor it may have an extra space, (you may have to tap behind your email address to spot it) bring the cursor back behind the last letter of your email address (delete button), sometimes this happens if you copy and paste or autofill and you don't realize that the autofill is incorrect, I had the same invalid message as many other people have had, have a look, see how you go.

Unable to log in, prompted with "invalid login details" while they are correct. Iris people don't give a toss about the end user, your employer pays them to run the service, nothing else counts. Thanks, Iris!
