See I just downloaded the app I'm trying to download a movie, they said I should sign with my Gmail account, but they said my Gmail account is not registered, I don't know why

This app isn't working even though l have been charged for a 3-month subscription. When l chatted with the support staff, l gave them my details and asked why that was, so they insisted l supply alternative personal details, ie, a different email and phone number that were not linked to my account. I found this to be rather fraudulent. Why would they want information outside that which registered to my account, to access my account. ?
