I can't access the shop unless I'm offline, and when I'm offline I can't buy anything.

Still suffers from a widely documented bug where cloud saves don't always work, resulting in all progress, achievements and perks, etc. being permanently lost. As the devs are unable/unwilling to fix this long-standing bug, they simply fobb users off with a dialled-in offer to restore them to the same "level" (sans perks, achievements etc.), which is counter to the whole point of the game. 1 star until fixed, no excuses from devs below accepted.
