The ISCN Weather app is a daily weather resource for your smart phone, providing weather forecasts and current conditions not only for the state of Iowa, but for the entire United States! The app works wherever you take. The ISCN Weather app offers hi-res weather radar, 1 and 24 hour future radar, temperatures, surface winds, visible satellite, inferred satellite, forecast rainfall, and forecast snowfall. Built-in weather alerts also provide fully automated weather alerts right on your phone, simple to use and more specific than weather sirens, with a lead time of up to 15 minutes before the storm hits. You can set up to eight places to be monitored for severe weather, including your smart phones current location, so you always know what’s coming for your locations, and for the loved ones you want to watch over.
There are also a few different overlays you can include on the live radar page, including watches and warnings, lightning tracker, earthquakes, hurricane forecasts, and tropical forecast models.
In addition to all of the weather products, there is a built in page for live storm chasing, so when we are live streaming our storm chases, you can watch directly through the app. You can also send in storm damage photos or any other weather photos you take when you upload them directly through the app! Once you download our ISCN Weather app, you will be deleting all of your other weather apps as this app is simply the best weather app on the market!

They have Facebook lives about it, and they provide updates throughout the day. You can't go wrong and always accurate weather information for locally in Iowa.

I appreciate the interactive radar that you can click on weather alerts to see what they are, the temp, and wind speed. I just wish there were a way to drop a location when it is no longer needed. If traveling, this radar is helpful with location weather alerts: flooding, tornado, thunderstorm watches and warnings. There just isn't a way to remove it from the list. The hourly estimated weather temps are great. The whole overall app is my go-to. I've recommended to others.

I live in green valley, az. The interacting map in good, but YOUR temp says 72 degrees while green valley says it is 68 degrees this is at 7:15 pm. I think your temp is off. I will come back to this weather app in about a week. Please try to get it straight. Other than that it is good. Ps: has no update, it would be nice if there was one. Thank you. Uninstall

Changes locations on it own but when you try to correct the location your at it won't let you. For example: your home location is story city, IA and you go to Des Moines, IA. It will stay at Des Moines, IA. It will not change back to your home location.

Update: Slow to load. Inaccurate weather. If I relied on this app for wind speed I'd be risking my life. The app says 5 mph winds all day and diminishing later on. It was calm wind this morning, but it's been blowing a good 12 mph all afternoon while this app continues to say 5 mph.

Worked somewhat ok before last update. Since then on the daily forecast I can see the daytime forecast only. Can't read the text for the nighttime forecast. Contacted the developers and provided the information they requested and received no response. Now on 7-5-2022 severe storms are moving into Eastern Iowa where I live, and the radar won't load. What a joke!
