I fail to understand the negative reviews as I found these tracking tiles absolutely fantastic and so inexpensive. The setup took seconds with the Bluetooth recognition working both ways. The Bluetooth range is not so good, but it is as advertised. In the settings I changed the location to use Google Maps and all is in English. I tested the find my car but after moving 10–15 meters away from my vehicle one of my two tiles went into alarm mode so will need to try that again. So far, so good.

Why so many negative reviews? Works perfectly. Use it to find your phone or find the object it is attached to. Use it to take pictures, record a voice note. Yes it doesn't completely work if it is Disconnected, but the negative reviewers don't seem to know how to turn off their battery optimizer! But even if it is Disconnected it gives you a nice Beep on the tracking device.

Great little app, leads me straight to my car, wherever I leave it! Reliable and easy to use, although the instructions could be a bit clearer. Very happy with this and the tracker fob. There is another version of this software with a blue and green logo - stay clear of that, I couldn't get it to work at all. I think the negative reviews for this app are really meant for the other one, because this green, black and orange logo version works great!
★★☆☆☆
The map portion of the app is all in Chinese. Also, the app must be active at all times or the tag will constantly beep. Also, all the permissions it asks for is highly suspicious. I have removed the app and will be returning the tags. This kind of free giving of information is acceptable in China, but I don't live there, and it is not acceptable to me.

I bought this product to keep an eye on my wandering Kitty. GPS location was all I needed. Since it functions off of my phone's Bluetooth, the range is very limited. So the alarm start beeping the second the cat walks across the house. Very misleading.

So I have a question when the itag is turned on and connected to my phone, is it possible others can connect to it and sound the alarm. Because mine keeps alarming itself. By time, I looked at my phone the recording icon popped up what's recording? The Itag or my phone or maybe the people who possibly connected?
