Wonderful. I am about 80 years old. I suffered from a serious disease called ITP. Idiopathic Thrombophilia Purpura. Though I was treated and almost cured by Tata Medical Center, Kolkats, but I became almost full of life by better lifestyle and regular practice of Kshatriya. I am regularly taking medicine of higher BP since 1994. I have almost been able to leave medicine. Whenever BP goes up, I practice Kshatriya and found BP coming to normal.

Works well. Contrary to the negative reviews, after listening to the intro once the meditation becomes available without the intro. Also, works on my phone without the app open and even when phone is locked. People should give it a chance and not be so quick to jump to a negative review. I don't know if the meditation part is OK or not because there was a long introduction I didn't stay for. Can't imagine listening to that every time I want to participate in a guided meditation.
