The Islamic Investor application enabled a recently launched function to calculate the overall purification value for individual portfolios with direct links to pay it out to charity organisation directly. IdealRatings Islamic Investor app registered user will be granted compliance access to their local market free of charge.

IdealRatings screen 40,000 companies globally to ensure that its financials ratios and revenue derived from non-permissible business activities are compliant with the criteria defined in the rulebook.
- Who defined the screening parameters (rulebook) used by IdealRatings?
AAOIFI (Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions). These criteria represent what we’ve seen as the most commonly used rulebook globally, they were deduced by qualified scholars in the Islamic Finance to screen companies that are being evaluated for investment by observant Muslims. IdealRatings do realize however that there is no single standard to determine what is Halal or non-halal, but we determined that this should at least give an initial opinion for individual investors on the final status for certain stocks they might be interested to invest in.
- How frequent does IdealRatings update the database?

Subscriptions are billed and auto-renewed each quarter/year as above subscriptions:

When I was about to sign up, I couldn't find Palestine, but I found Israel. What a hypocrisy and misbehavior, even here in Europe they recognize Palestine. I will not sign up for such an insensible app that does not recognize The Holy Land Palestine.

Unsure how much I can trust this app, how is Gregg's PLC stock Sharia compliant? They sell haram products including those that include pork. Oh and you can only view 3 reports per quarter. Per quarter, 3, months??? Are you kidding me? Poor show.

The app is not up-to-date. Some of the data used to screen the stocks is old. I wish if there was a comprehensive app that's updated annually. Maybe I will design that app myself
