Owner is a crazy lady. Do you enjoy doing very sensitive and stressful business via a messaging app like a teenager, rather than via phone an email like an adult? Do you enjoy giving thousands of dollars to a woman who calls all her clients liars? Please be sure to read yelp and BBB reviews before trusting this woman with your loved one. Giving 2 stars because my dog did arrive safely, although it was a nightmare to deal with

Very poor service for the cost. She is not honest about the level of service and care of your pet. My Great Dane almost missed her flight because the person she hired to build the crate, which I paid a great deal for, didn't show up on time. I'm lucky she answered the phone because she tends not to. My pets arrived after a lengthy trip thirsty and traumatized.
