We had excellent service at the Burbank CA location. The food was outstanding! We had a sandpiper chicken bowl and a burger bowl. We highly recommend both of them.

After filling out my order for 4 people, I put the app in the background for 2 minutes, and when I returned, my order info was lost, and I had to start over. When I did enter my credit card and order, there was no confirmation screen, just a blank screen. I only knew that the order went through when I got a text message. Finally, when I entered a promo code for free delivery before ordering, I was told it was invalid. When I entered it at the final checkout step, it was valid.

Had the same issue about 4 or more times when I try to scan the QR code or even input the bar code number, and it tells me "the minimum checking amount is $1". But my orders are always over $20. And the only fix the restaurant offers is for me to go back with my receipt and have them try to manually add it and if they can't they'll have to email their marketing team. They also would not provide me that email. This is a major inconvenience!!!! Defeats the whole purpose of this app!!!!
