★★☆☆☆ The system is quite useful but the recharge/top up experience was terrible. This system was introduced to make system cashless in Ahmedabad transit, this app allows me to top up card online through UPI/Cards but still I have to make inquiry balance request at Bus Stand. If I top up 500 Rs in my card by online I still need to update at bus stand without it, I can't use this card. Please resolve this problem. Suggestion:someone recharges card it should update immediately. Not need of bus stand. Plz

★★☆☆☆ One thing should be improved. And that is, Card balance update properly after recharge and after entry-exit. And another thing is that when I used this app first time with online recharge the app shows low balance at the time of entry.

★★☆☆☆ Updated balance is not shown here in the app from a year ago. Other features are working good, but the balance is not up-to-date. Balance is the prior feature, so it should be updated asap.
