I use this app often when I can't get my mind to turn off at night, the tones help you to focus on the sounds and forget all your other thoughts and then they slowing lull you to sleep

This has been my go-to app when I need to tune out the world. Within seconds my stress and anxiety is automatically calmed. Also 9 out of 10 x's I'm fast asleep I utilize the sleep tones. Not being dramatic or exaggerating.... it's changed my life. So grateful I found it!! Thank you so much!!!,

This is a great app. I've had such a positive experience. It's and have actually been able 2 be in a meditative state because of this app and the isochronic tones. Thus far my only criticism is that when the tones stop 2 what seems like the time frame that's allotted, I wake my ph up from sleep mode 2 see the slider shows that the tones have only been playing 4 2 minutes & then it starts skipping. I'm not sure if it's the app, My phone, or It's my spirit guides trying 2 connect with me.

Can't do anything because a smile direct ad now covers the screen. Super disappointed.

This is your idea of Fewer permissions? • NEW: change your audio settings • NEW: run at startup • NEW: receive data from Internet • run foreground service • have full network access • view network connections • ask to ignore battery optimizations • prevent phone from sleeping

The app was great until I updated it today... it doesn't even give me the ability to have a favorites list! The set-up is horrible!! Harder to use, and certain sounds aren't available anymore. Went from 5 stars down to about a 2 star I'd give it now

Why would this app requires permission to access all files in my phone?. If its just music files maybe, but all files are asking too much.

This is an excellent app if you want a bunch of advertising that you can't get around unless you click the advert
