PS1800 with 1 expansion battery. App v 3.2 Android 15 app & widgets work well (need a 1x1 widget dev). Android 11 only app works, widgets don't work with Android 11. App is easy to use and setup. No account is needed. (I'm using a PS1800 in grid mains/UPS mode, 1 expansion battery & solar charging for backup charging when no mains. Like that I can control the max charge level to extend battery life. Then before a cyclone or power outage I can boost charge level back to 100% for longer run time)✅

12Mar26 pm - the Android version 12 bug now fixed. New features as well. Previous version 3.1 DID NOT WORK. I needed to create a new account, although I already had an iTechworld account. When I opened the app and logged in I was prompted to add a device - the two original batteries were available to be selected. When I tried to select either one: after I selected it I was prompted to select a battery model. When I did that the displayed screen disappeared, so I had to open the app again

— Note10+ users on Android 12 new APP crashes. SOLVED with UNINST/install old apk, this fails, but reinstall new app over the top of the failed INST. These resets phone BLE & WORKS NOW. Charge isolate fix.putON2A load discharge, cells are unbalanced, recharge, fails again, slow5A charge required fix. I entered the info into AI copilot. Check there it now has a printable version. Also you must, sadly, re-balance the cells, or you will have problems. See copilot again. Buy 5/10/20A Li charger.

Rubbish app it's wildly inaccurate. After a lot of to and fro with itech it's because it reads soc based on voltage which with lithium is near useless I now use the power or kick-ass app and have much better accuracy for soc. Their solution was for me to purchase a bm500 which defeats the entire purpose of paying extra to get the Bluetooth one

Since the new update there is no controls for isolate the charge or power and I have 2 batteries I can't switch between cause there's no controls in the app at all anymore! Useless

Since the recent update there is no way to control the BMS. My battery is stuck with the charge isolator on and no way to turn it off. Needs a fix IMMEDIATELY. Battery is absolutely useless to me now.
